Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Ut - Head of the Commune Police, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee 138 of Thanh Phuoc Commune shared: The Commune Police Command pays attention to political and ideological education for officers and soldiers. The unit has well implemented the emulation movements launched by the superiors "People's Police forget themselves for the country, serve the people", "Police study and implement the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho". These emulation contents are associated with the movement to study and follow the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh, with the emulation movement "New Dong Khoi". From there, it has created a strong spread of emulation to complete tasks well throughout the unit.
The commune police advised the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune well in developing plans to continue organizing and thoroughly implementing the directives and conclusions of the Central and the province, plans to strengthen the fight against crime, and on building the movement of TDBVANTQ in the new situation...
In coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations of the commune, Thanh Phuoc Police promoted propaganda on crime prevention and control, ensuring security and order, traffic safety and launching a widespread movement of TDBVANTQ among the people. In particular, promoting the propaganda model through social networks Facebook and Zalo groups. In 2022, Zalo group propagated more than 6.1 thousand news, received feedback on 802 information from people (with reference value), contributing to the Commune Police to effectively resolve the security and order situation, prevent and fight crimes.
In 2022, the public provided 47 reports; of which, valuable reports helped the Commune Police arrest 2 cases of illegal drug use, clarify 2 theft cases, and disperse 5 groups that caused insecurity and disorder in residential areas. The Commune Police also mobilized people to voluntarily hand over 2 homemade knives; called for deterrence,education , and invited 52 violators and those with signs of violating the law to write a commitment.
Thanh Phuoc Commune Police have well implemented the plan to coordinate with departments, branches, organizations and the District Police and District Military in all aspects of work: propagating laws on crime prevention and control, ensuring security and order; inspecting fire prevention and fighting; inspecting shops; coordinating patrols to ensure security and order in the area. According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Ut - Head of Thanh Phuoc Commune Police: Every month and quarter, the police and military maintain meetings to evaluate work results, draw lessons and propose directions for activities.
Thanh Phuoc Commune Police force closely followed the masses, organized well the forum "Police listen to people's opinions", creating trust from the masses. Smart mass mobilization models such as "Security cameras", "Veterans participating in the People's Self-Management Group Representative Board", "Security light", "Security loudspeaker"... were well implemented by the Commune Police, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other organizations. Thereby, it contributed to ensuring security and order in the area, reducing the number of law violations every year.
