The Inspectorate of the Ministry of Home Affairs announced the decision to conduct a specialized inspection of the implementation of legal provisions on home affairs in Quang Binh province.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Khuong, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Comrade Phan Phong Phu, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province chaired the announcement ceremony.
On behalf of the inspection team, comrade Tran Ngoc Huy, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Head of the Inspection Team announced the full text of Decision No. 381/QD-TTBNV, dated August 2, 2024 of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on the construction of job positions and management of civil servant payrolls; ethics, communication culture of civil servants, things civil servants are not allowed to do, professional rules of civil servants; the work of appointing civil servants to leadership and management positions; responsibility for implementing programs, plans, and administrative reform tasks; implementing the assignment and decentralization of State management in the fields under the State management authority of the Ministry of Home Affairs in Quang Binh province, from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Manh Khuong, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs, clearly stated the purpose, requirements, and necessity of the inspection activities on personnel organization; at the same time, directed and thoroughly grasped the activities of the inspection team, requiring members to strictly implement the regulations on organization and operation of the inspection team, maintain discipline and administrative discipline in public service activities.
This is a planned inspection approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, requiring members of the delegation to comply with the Inspection Law and the Prime Minister 's directive, and not to hinder the operations of agencies and units.
The Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs also requested that units and heads of units, when working with the delegation, "have frank discussions before signing the working minutes; ensure that after the inspection, the conclusions are feasible and practical".
Authorized by the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Tran The Vuong, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, reported to the inspection delegation the inspection contents.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Phan Phong Phu, Vice Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee, accepted the opinions of the inspection team. At the same time, he agreed on the time, program and content of the work of the Ministry of Home Affairs Inspectorate.
The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province requested the heads of agencies and units to arrange time and prepare full records and documents to work with the inspection team according to the working schedule; assigned the Department of Home Affairs to be the focal point, urging agencies and organizations to prepare records and documents as required and closely coordinate with the inspection team during the working process.
He also reminded the units to ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements for documents during the working process with the delegation.
