PROMOTION PROGRAM RULES “HAO HAO BIRTHDAY

How and procedures to participate in the program:

+ Sales staff go directly to the customer's point of sale to introduce the promotion program and support customers in filling in the order information (the order information includes information such as: customer code, name and quantity of products ordered) on the "Smartsales" sales application of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company (" System "). After completing the information entry, the sales staff selects " " to save the order. The order will be recorded and saved by the System within 02 (two) minutes from the time of completing the entry of the customer's order information. After recording the order, the System will check whether the quantity of goods on the order meets the conditions for participating in the promotion program or not. If so, the customer will participate in the Spin to have a chance to win according to the regulations in the Rules.

Customers whose orders meet the conditions to participate in the program will receive a notification on the System screen within 02 (two) minutes from the time the customer order is saved with the content: "You have a lucky spin. Please spin before submitting the order." Customers click the "Spin" button for the System to switch to the Spin interface.

+ Based on the quantity of promotional products on the order, customers will receive the corresponding number of spins:

* For customers who only participate in 1 type of spin in 1 order : every 5 boxes of promotional products will receive 1 spin of Round 1, or every 20 boxes of promotional products will receive 1 spin of Round 2, to participate in the lucky spin with the chance to win prizes according to the list in section 7.

* For customers participating in both types of spins in 1 order : customers who purchase 25 boxes or more, for every 5 boxes of promotional products, customers will get 1 spin of Round 1 and for every 20 boxes of promotional products, customers will get 1 spin of Round 2. Customers will be able to participate in both types of spins in the same order if the quantity of promotional products meets the requirements of the rules and any promotional products that have been used to participate in Round 2 will not be used to participate in Round 1 and vice versa, with the opportunity to win prizes according to the list in section 7.

If the number of product boxes is an odd number, the number of spins will be rounded down, product boxes that are not allocated spins will not be combined with previous or subsequent orders. Within 02 (two) minutes from the time the customer clicks the "Spin" button and the System switches to the Spin interface.

The spin system displayed for both types of lucky draw participants mentioned above uses the same system. Customers just need to click on the Round 1 or Round 2 button on the display screen to choose the spin they want to participate in.

+ Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Level 1 Distributors are responsible for: Directly notifying each customer before purchasing promotional products and participating in the promotion program about the number of customers who have previously purchased promotional products and participated in the program, the number and specific structure of the remaining prizes up to the time the customer purchases the promotional product.
