At the examination sites, security and order were ensured; the examination room map was posted in an easily visible location. At exactly 2 p.m., candidates arrived at the examination sites to complete procedures and recheck personal information. The invigilators disseminated and thoroughly explained the examination regulations and schedule to the candidates.
This year, the province has 13,465 candidates registered to take the high school graduation exam. Of these, 10,826 are high school students, 1,486 are continuing education students and 1,153 are independent students. Most of the candidates take the exam according to the 2018 general education program; 806 independent students take the exam according to the 2006 general education program and are organized separately at 6 testing locations.
The whole province has 38 examination sites, with 581 examination rooms arranged at high schools, middle schools and high schools; boarding schools for ethnic minorities in 12 districts, towns and cities; mobilizing 2,300 cadres, teachers, employees, police, electricity, medical staff ... to participate in serving the exam.
At 38 examination sites, tasks have been assigned to members and a plan for organizing the examination has been agreed upon. The examination sites have fully prepared the required facilities. The work of ensuring security and safety of exam papers and test papers; traffic safety; food safety; prevention of natural disasters and epidemics; contingency plans to respond to unusual situations... has been completed.
According to the report of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Provincial High School Graduation Exam, by 7:00 p.m. on June 25, the whole province had 13,351 candidates coming to complete exam procedures; 114 candidates had not yet completed exam procedures. At the exam site of Tong Lenh High School, Thuan Chau district, candidate Lo Van Viet did not come to complete exam procedures due to appendectomy at 3:30 p.m. at Cuoc Song General Hospital, Son La city. The exam invigilator's office contacted the family, according to feedback from the family and doctors, the candidate's health is currently stable and can continue taking the exam.
At Gia Phu High School exam site, candidate Lo Manh Huy did not come to complete exam procedures due to an accident since June 20, 2025. Currently, the candidate's health is not guaranteed to continue participating in the exam. The candidate is eligible for special consideration for graduation.
Tomorrow, June 26, in the morning, candidates will take the Literature exam, in the afternoon, the Math exam.
