Accelerate business expansion nationwide
Following the development orientation of THACO, THISO has built a system expansion strategy for the period 2025 - 2027 with a total of 14 key projects, 15 Emart Supermarkets and 07 new generation Thiskyhall Conference - Event Centers to be put into operation nationwide. In 2025, THISO will open the first Thiso Mall in Hanoi , and at the same time expand its market share to satellite cities of Ho Chi Minh City such as Bien Hoa and Can Tho.
To achieve the set goals, THISO is stepping up recruitment of additional personnel for the Group and its subsidiaries. Accordingly, in 2024, THISO will recruit 414 employees, bringing the total number of employees by the end of the year to 3,060.
Working environment promotes human resource development
The strategy of training a team of professional staff in parallel with the sustainable development of the Group is one of the top goals of THISO, through training to improve professional skills and management skills for staff, potential management throughout the system such as: integration training for new staff, courses to perfect and enhance soft skills, professional knowledge for professional staff... In particular, each staff at THISO also has the opportunity to rotate through many different departments, creating conditions for staff to learn and improve their skills.
In addition, the Group focuses on building a "Cultural - Convenient" working environment. THISO carries out activities to commend and honor outstanding individuals and groups to recognize the contributions of employees to the overall development of the Group.
