The North East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa sea area) has strong winds of level 7-8, gusts of level 9-10, waves 4-6m high. The sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and the North Central East Sea has winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusts of level 8-9, rough seas. From the night of November 18, the sea area from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa has strong winds of level 6, gusts of level 7-8, waves 3-5m high.
