Northern region has scattered showers and thunderstorms early in the morning, with some heavy rain. Areas from Quang Tri to Phu Yen have hot sunny days; Central Highlands and Southern region have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some heavy rain.
Hydrometeorological experts warn that thunderstorms accompanied by tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind can affect agricultural production, cause trees to fall, damage houses, traffic works, infrastructure...
