The whole province has started to eliminate nearly 70% of temporary and dilapidated houses.

As of May 30, 2025, the whole province has started construction and repair of 2,345/3,372 houses (reaching nearly 70% of the plan); of which, there are 657 houses for people with revolutionary contributions, 1,296 houses for poor households, 308 houses for near-poor households, 84 houses under the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas.

Thanks to support from the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, the house of Mr. Cao Van Giang's family in Binh Minh area, Hung Xuyen commune, Doan Hung district is gradually being completed.

Some localities have started construction and repair of many houses such as: Thanh Son district 566 houses; Yen Lap district 423 houses; Tan Son district 341 houses; Thanh Ba district 188 houses; Cam Khe district 169 houses, Ha Hoa district 122 houses... There are 837 houses completed and put into use, of which 356 are newly built houses and 481 are repaired.

The whole province strives to complete acceptance and put all projects into use before October 30, 2025.
