Quickly announce the results of the 10th Central Conference, Session XIII and study and implement a number of directives and conclusions of the Politburo and Secretariat

On September 24, Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee held an online conference to quickly announce the results of the 10th Central Conference, 13th tenure and to study and disseminate a number of directives and conclusions of the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat. Comrade Duong Van Trang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Kon Tum Provincial People's Council chaired the conference.

The conference was connected to the bridge points: Provincial Police, Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises, districts, cities and communes, wards and towns in the whole Kon Tum province.

At the Conference, comrade Duong Van Trang quickly announced the results of the 10th Central Conference, 13th term .

Vice Chairman of the Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee Y Ngoc thoroughly grasped the Directives of the Central Party Secretariat including: Directive 36-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 "on the Congress of Literature and Arts Associations and the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations for the 2025-2030 term" and Instruction No. 163-HD/BTGTW, dated August 13, 2024 of the Central Propaganda Department implementing Directive No. 36-CT/TW; Directive No. 37-CT/TW, dated July 10, 2024 "on innovation in vocational training for rural workers to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas"; Directive No. 38-CT/TW, dated August 2, 2024 "on promoting national standards, measurements and quality work to 2030 and the following years".

And the Conclusions of the Politburo include Conclusion 86-KL/TW, dated July 10, 2024 "on the development of Vietnamese traditional medicine and the Vietnam Oriental Medicine Association in the new period"; Directive No. 91-KL/TW, dated August 12, 2024 "on continuing to implement Resolution No. 29-NQ-TW, dated November 4, 2013 of the Party Central Committee (11th Term) "on comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration".

Vice Chairman of Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam thoroughly grasped the Politburo's Conclusions including Directive No. 92-KL/TW, dated August 14, 2024 "on the orientation for developing Vietnam-China and Vietnam-US relations until 2030"; Directive No. 93-KL/TW, dated August 26, 2024 "on continuing to innovate the mechanism of decentralization of management and allocation of the State budget to ensure the leading role of the central budget and proactive budget management of localities and relevant agencies and units".

To achieve the best results in implementing the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions, comrade Duong Van Trang requested that district Party Committees, city Party Committees and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, based on the actual conditions of the locality and unit, choose an appropriate form to quickly announce the results of the 10th Central Conference of the 13th tenure; continue to disseminate the directives and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat to cadres and Party members who have not participated in the online conference of the province, ensuring progress, quality, efficiency and compliance with regulations.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department regularly directs propaganda, along with monitoring, guiding, inspecting, and urging the organization of the quick announcement of the results of the 10th Central Conference of the 13th tenure and the dissemination and implementation of the directives and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat throughout the provincial Party Committee.

The advisory agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee; the Party executive committees, Party delegations, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union; the district Party committees, city Party committees, and Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, according to their assigned functions and tasks, proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to develop programs and plans to implement the resolutions and conclusions of the 10th Central Conference of the 13th tenure and the directives and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat that have been studied and thoroughly grasped at the conference, ensuring progress and quality, contributing to bringing the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions into life.
