Notice: Regarding the transfer of Honda Authorized Motorcycle Sales and Service Shop - HEAD Ngoc Thanh

Considering the need for transfer and request for support from Ngoc Thanh Company Limited, Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) respectfully announces to candidates who are enterprises with sufficient capacity and experience in the field of motorcycle business and wish to cooperate in trading HVN's motorcycle products to participate in the process of transferring Honda Authorized Motorcycle Sales and Service Shops (HEAD).

§ In order to improve the quality of customer service, candidates participating in the transfer commit to immediately move the HEAD location , fully comply with HVN's new facilities and interior standards as well as the requirements for the lease term at the new business location. HVN will evaluate based on the transfer proposal as well as the candidates' relocation plan.

Note:

· A valid application is one that includes all required documents, sent by post and received at the Hanoi office within the time specified above.

· All information in the candidate's profile must be legal, honest, accurate and complete . In case the information is determined to be incorrect or incomplete, the profile will be considered invalid.

· In addition to the hard copy, candidates please send a scanned copy (soft copy) to the email address: [email protected] . Documents sent via email are for reference purposes only and cannot replace hard copies. In all cases, hard copies are the sole basis for evaluating and selecting candidates.

· The final decision of the HVN Board of Directors on candidate selection will be communicated in writing after HVN has completed the candidate evaluation procedure.

· HVN is not responsible for any transactions between Ngoc Thanh LLC and your business.

· The candidate commits to inherit all rights and obligations of Ngoc Thanh LLC with HVN and customers.
