Viettel opens application for Future Changemakers 2025 trainee administrator

Following the first season, Viettel officially launched the program to search for and train new generation of trainee administrators - Viettel Future Changemakers 2025, opening up opportunities for final year students or university graduates. In addition to the position of technology product development manager, this year's program adds the position of supply chain operations manager, meeting the increasing demand of the logistics and e-commerce market.

The program is extensive in scope and scale, suitable for candidates in the fields of information technology, computer science , business administration, banking and finance, marketing, psychology and similar fields. The program prioritizes applications that have won national and international awards in related fields, or have outstanding achievements when participating in major projects.

Viettel Future Changemakers 2025 is designed as an intensive training journey, combining learning and practical experience. Trainees will be equipped with systematic thinking, strategic thinking and leadership development through rotation through different departments. The ultimate goal is to "incubate" "seeds" capable of creating breakthrough and positive changes for society.

The 18-month youth leadership training program starts with a 1-month intensive professional training phase with the participation of world- leading experts from major technology and financial corporations such as VP Bank, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Adobe...

In the second phase, trainee administrators will be rotated through many departments or projects in Viettel's member companies such as: Viettel Telecom, Viettel Post, Viettel Money, TV360, MySafe... This is an opportunity for candidates to directly participate in products and projects being developed at the group.

Throughout this process, trainee administrators will be guided by a team of senior professionals such as department heads or product managers, with a personalized development path designed to suit their career orientation.

At the end of the program, qualified candidates will be considered for appointment to team leadership positions or directly responsible for new features of Viettel products.

This year, Viettel is recruiting for the first time in the supply chain and logistics sector - considered a key sector in the e-commerce and digital transformation ecosystem that the group is investing in. Trainees will receive in-depth training in business processes, information systems and how to optimize operational efficiency, including planning support, order tracking, warehouse management and coordination with related departments.
