Agree on investment policy for residential area in Bao Loc to serve resettlement of expressway project

The project is implemented on the land under the detailed planning of Loc Son 1 Primary School, Loc Son Ward, with a total area of ​​about 30,214 m², including 88 residential plots, divided into 3 main areas. The total investment of the project is about 15.08 billion VND, allocated from the capital for highway construction.

Previously, Bao Loc City People's Committee had invested in traffic infrastructure, completing 3 main roads and part of D1 and D3 roads. However, 170m of D3 road has not been invested yet. Some land lots in B1 and B2 areas are not in accordance with the General Construction Plan of Bao Loc City and surrounding areas, requiring adjustment procedures before allocating land for resettlement.

Bao Loc City People's Committee will continue to review and adjust the planning, ensure compensation and site clearance and implement technical infrastructure investment in accordance with the planning. The addition to the 2025 land use plan is necessary to implement the project according to regulations, creating favorable conditions for people to resettle when the expressway project is implemented.

The project plays an important role in ensuring new housing for people affected by the implementation of key national traffic projects; at the same time, helping to complete urban infrastructure in the Bao Loc area.
