Lam Dong Department of Health has informed Duc Trong District People's Committee and directed the Health Department to coordinate with relevant units to perform the function of state management of health in the locality. Monitor the activities of violating facilities and request unlicensed facilities to remove advertising signs and not conduct medical examination and treatment without a license from the Department of Health as prescribed. If there are violations, there must be measures to handle or propose handling according to regulations. Advise the District People's Committee to develop a plan and establish an interdisciplinary inspection team periodically and suddenly on private medical and pharmaceutical practice in the area; pay special attention to medical examination and treatment facilities operating without a license from Lam Dong Department of Health to conduct medical examination and treatment.

Strengthen inspection and review work and promptly detect and recommend the District People's Committee to handle violations within its authority; in cases exceeding its authority, a record must be prepared and transferred to the competent authority for handling; at the same time, the results must be publicized on mass media to warn the community.
