Regarding the information "Fire in a 4-storey house, 2 people died" in Tan Binh district (HCMC), by noon on December 20, the identities of the victims had been determined.

People escaped by rope.

The two deceased victims were Ms. TTTN (23 years old) and Mr. T. (Ms. N.'s friend). Tan Binh District authorities have provided initial support to the victims' families.

The house on fire has 1 ground floor, 1 attic, 3 floors and 1 terrace. The house is divided into 19 small rooms for rent.

The fire also injured 14 people who were hospitalized. The victims were between 18 and 31 years old.

As reported by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, at 6am this morning, a fierce fire broke out at a 4-storey house on Xuan Hong Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District.
