On the morning of October 25, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Nam province, term XI, 2024 - 2029, held a conference to inform the results of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029.
Mr. Le Tri Thanh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the Conference.
Regarding the results of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung said that on October 16 and 18, 2024 at the National Convention Center, Hanoi , the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front took place solemnly with the theme: Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development. Attending the Congress were 1,052 official delegates, representing all walks of life in the country and overseas Vietnamese; more than 300 invited delegates. Of which, the Quang Nam Provincial Delegation had 17 official delegates and 2 invited delegates.
On the basis of continuing to inherit and develop the 5 Action Programs for the 2019 - 2024 term, the 10th Congress identified 10 specific targets to ensure feasibility and practicality; at the same time, 1 new Action Program was added to implement the requirement of strongly orienting activities towards grassroots and residential areas.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the Congress sends a message and appeal to the people of the whole country and our compatriots abroad with enthusiasm and determination to strongly promote the strength of great national unity; uphold the will of self-reliance, self-reliance, creativity, overcome difficulties and challenges; take the goal of "Rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness, civilization" as a common point; strive to successfully implement the 10-year socio -economic development strategy (2021 - 2030), complete the 100-year strategic goal under the leadership of the Party, 100 years of the country's founding.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung also informed about the Program for implementing the Resolution of the 11th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Nam province, including 5 term targets, 10 annual targets; 6 action programs, 3 key and breakthrough tasks; 5 contents focusing on innovation. At the same time, he informed about the results of implementing the tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province since the 11th Congress.
At the conference, delegates spoke and discussed the draft Regulations on the operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, term XI; the draft Regulations on the organization and operation of the Advisory Councils of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, term XI.
In his concluding remarks at the conference, Mr. Le Tri Thanh said that during this term, from the Central to local levels, the role of the Advisory Council and Advisory Board will be redefined to gather and mobilize the intelligence, experience, and courage of prestigious people, cadres, and intellectuals who have worked in the political system to contribute to better completing the tasks of the Front at all levels.
