Prime Minister Hun Sen asks President of Cambodian Football Federation to withdraw resignation

DAP News reported that Prime Minister Hun Sen asked the President of the Cambodian Football Federation not to resign. Mr. Hun Sen emphasized that this request was not based on personal opinion but was made according to the wishes of the members of the Cambodian U22 team as well as football fans of the country of pagodas.

However, the Cambodian Prime Minister said he had no authority to order the president of the Cambodian Football Federation to withdraw his resignation. This was only a request and appeal on behalf of Sao Sokha's supporters.
