Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh offers incense to commemorate General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong

On the evening of January 27th (the 28th day of the 12th lunar month), in Hanoi , on the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake 2025 and in anticipation of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited and offered incense in commemoration of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at his private residence.

In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his profound respect, honor, and gratitude for the immense contributions of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong – an exceptionally outstanding leader, a shining example of studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh , a steadfast communist party member with great prestige in the Party, State, and people of Vietnam, fully embodying the qualities, talents, courage, and wisdom of the generation of Vietnamese leaders in the đổi mới (renovation) period; who dedicated his entire life to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, living his whole life for the country and the people. The Prime Minister pledged to continue striving together with the entire Party and people, promoting the strength of national unity and the aspiration for development to lead the country into a new era – an era of national development, prosperity, and abundance, where the people enjoy increasingly better and happier lives.

Throughout his revolutionary career, with strategic vision, sharp thinking, and a close connection to practical experience, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, together with the Central Committee of the Party, has creatively applied and developed Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought, continuously building a cleaner and stronger Party. The great and historically significant achievements of our country in the past nearly four decades affirm the correctness of the reform, integration, and development policies under the leadership of the Party, the leading factor determining all the victories of the Vietnamese revolution, closely linked to the great contributions of previous generations of leaders, including the important role and outstanding mark of Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong.

Throughout his life, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has consistently dedicated himself to the revolutionary cause of our Party and nation with an iron will and unwavering spirit, never backing down in the face of obstacles and difficulties. He has affirmed a great personality, truly serving as a model of exemplary revolutionary ethics and a simple lifestyle, earning the respect, trust, and affection of cadres, Party members, and the people, and the respect and high regard of international friends.

In the warm atmosphere of the days leading up to the Lunar New Year, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh cordially inquired about the health of Mrs. Ngo Thi Man, wife of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; wishing her and her family a new year filled with good health, happiness, peace, and prosperity.
