The Blue Economy and Finance Forum is a special event taking place within the framework of UNOC 3, organized by the Government of Monaco from June 7-8.

The forum brought together many heads of state and governments such as the Presidents of France, Brazil, Costa Rica, Palau, Cabo Verde, along with other leaders such as the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, the Prince of Wales (of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland), experts, policymakers and investors from around the world .
The forum aims to promote the role of the blue economy in addressing current financial challenges, highlighting and promoting the essential role of sustainable investments and breakthrough policies to protect the ocean as well as global economic prosperity.
The Forum is an important and practical opportunity for representatives of countries, experts and investors to review achievements in green economic development to date, exchange initiatives and promote cooperation in this field.
After the welcoming ceremony for the Heads of Delegation and their Spouses hosted by Prince Albert II of Monaco, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the fourth plenary session and the closing session of the Green Finance and Green Economy Forum.
Here, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, together with leaders and representatives of countries and organizations such as Norway, Germany, Chile, Palau, Cabo Verde and the Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations, will give speeches and discuss the topic of green economy and finance to protect and preserve the seas and oceans.
