Earlier the same day, at the Estonian Government Library, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented Prime Minister Kristen Michal with the book "Wandering in Vietnamese Culture" by researcher Huu Ngoc - a special work on Vietnamese culture.

The Arvo Pärt Center, named after the world-famous Estonian composer, was founded in 2010 to preserve, research and present the creative legacy of Arvo Pärt, one of the world's most influential contemporary composers.
The Center regularly hosts concerts, seminars, educational programs and other cultural events and is also where the Estonian Government often organizes cultural exchange and promotion activities.

Visiting the unique architectural space of the central building, which houses the works, musical documents and creative heritage of composer Arvo Pärt, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his strong impression of the harmonious design between nature and humans, a subtle combination of modern architecture and minimalist style imbued with meditation, true to the musical spirit of Arvo Pärt.


Writing in the guest book, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his emotion, respect and admiration for the talented and dedicated composer Arvo Pärt - who devoted his whole life to his love of music and the beautiful country of Estonia.
Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna highly appreciated the first official visit of the Prime Minister of Vietnam, considering it an important milestone opening a new chapter in the cooperative relationship between the two countries.
The Minister affirmed that Estonia always attaches importance to developing relations with Vietnam - a potential partner with an increasingly important position in the Asia-Pacific region and is ready to accompany Vietnam in the green and digital transformation, strategic orientations that the Vietnamese Government is determined to actively implement.

For his part, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his admiration for the 7,000-year history of the nation with its tradition of protecting and building the country; the two countries love peace, share the desire for freedom and a resilient will.
The Prime Minister shared about Vietnam's culture, which is imbued with national identity, diverse and rich in tradition; he said that Vietnam is also making efforts to internationalize Vietnam's unique cultural values and Vietnamize the quintessence of human culture.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his admiration for Estonia’s unique, diverse and distinctive culture. From architecture, music to spiritual life, everything reflects the depth of culture and strong attachment to nature, community and tradition.
Appreciating Estonia's highly effective public-private partnership (PPP) model, especially in the fields of education, cultural creativity, and digital transformation, of which the Arvo Pärt Center is a typical example, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that this is a model that can be learned for development in Vietnam.
Prime Minister visits Vietnamese family doing food business in Estonia
On the morning of June 7, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife visited the family of Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang, owner of Pho Bar - a famous Vietnamese culinary address in the capital Tallinn.

Delighted to welcome Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife to visit, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang said that his family is operating a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant with chefs all from Vietnam, continuing to promote the family heritage of Vietnamese culinary arts in a space imbued with national identity. Pho Bar not only operates in Estonia but is also expanding its business and restaurant system to Finland.
Mr. Thang’s extended family has a third generation in Estonia. Although he has been away for nearly 40 years, he and his children and grandchildren of mixed blood all speak Vietnamese fluently and love Vietnam very much, often returning to the homeland. The children are always given opportunities by the Embassy and the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese to participate in activities such as youth summer camps, etc.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang’s family on their successful business, happy family, always having the spirit of mutual love in the Vietnamese community in Estonia, obeying the law, asserting themselves in the host country and always having the national spirit, looking towards the homeland and country. In particular, Mr. Thang always shares business development plans with Vietnamese people, using Vietnamese labor, using Vietnamese goods and promoting Vietnamese products.
The Prime Minister highly appreciated and hoped that Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang's family and the Vietnamese community in Estonia would continue to contribute to promoting the image of the country and its people, preserving and promoting Vietnamese culture and cuisine to international friends; supporting the community, especially young people and new immigrants, in knowledge of law, culture, life experience, business, etc.; helping more Vietnamese people to come to Estonia in particular and European countries in general to study, work and do business; at the same time always looking towards the homeland and fostering the good traditional relationship between Vietnam and Estonia.

This is the final activity of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his wife and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation during their official visit to Estonia.

At noon the same day, the Prime Minister and his delegation left the capital Tallinn for France, starting the program to attend the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC 3) and conduct bilateral activities in France.
