In the first quarter, the City Border Guard Party Committee led and strictly implemented regulations and combat readiness regimes; organized conferences to approve the plan for managing and protecting the national border in 2025; guided and directed agencies and units to organize exercises on combat readiness plans; practiced transitioning to combat readiness status in 2025.
