On January 3, news from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vinh Long said that nearly 200 enterprises in the province have planned the level of bonuses for the Lunar New Year 2024 for employees.

The highest Lunar New Year bonus in Vinh Long in 2024 is 216 million VND, the lowest is 325,000 VND.

Specifically, for the type of LLC in which the State holds 100% of the charter capital, the expected bonus for employees is an average of 6.7 million VND/person; the highest is 13 million VND/person; the lowest is 500,000 VND/person.

The company has shares and capital contributions controlled by the state, the expected average bonus is 6.9 million VND/person; the highest is 34.5 million VND/person; the lowest is 3.7 million VND/person.

In the private enterprise sector, the average bonus is expected to be 6.5 million VND/person; the highest is 216 million VND/person; the lowest is 325,000 VND/person; in foreign-invested enterprises, the average bonus is expected to be 5.6 million VND/person; the highest is 73.5 million VND/person; the lowest is 325,000 VND/person.
