The central report and the speeches of the delegates at the conference unanimously assessed: After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05, the Party Committee of the General Political Department has led and directed Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement Directive No. 05 in conjunction with implementing directives and resolutions of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission and the Party Committee of the General Political Department.

The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style have gradually become a routine, contributing to raising awareness, responsibility, revolutionary morality, fighting spirit and training of cadres, party members and the masses in the entire agency. The vast majority of cadres, employees, students, soldiers and workers in the agency have actively studied and trained, taking studying and following Uncle Ho as a criterion to strive for, building a strong political stance, pure moral qualities, high sense of responsibility, being exemplary in carrying out political tasks, building a clean and strong Party organization, an "exemplary and typical" agency or unit.

After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05, many outstanding collectives and individuals have emerged, with great influence, becoming the driving force for cadres and party members to strive to practice and complete their tasks well. From studying and following Uncle Ho in agencies and units, many new mottos, models, creative and effective ways of doing things have emerged, such as: "Upholding principles, being close to the grassroots, giving correct and accurate advice, giving timely and effective direction" of the Organization Department, "Loyalty, devotion, steadfastness and sensitivity" of the Office of the General Department of Politics; "Proactiveness - Sensitivity - Responsibility" of the Propaganda Department; "5 know, 5 don't", "2 pairs, 3 practices" of the Military Security Protection Department; "One reporter per week", "Good articles, beautiful photos, good presentation" of press and publishing units, etc.

At the conference, the opinions expressed also unanimously affirmed the position, significance and importance of promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, resolutely fighting against individualism in the new situation; affirming that this is an extremely important content and measure in the work of Party building and rectification, contributing to changing the awareness, responsibility, morality and lifestyle of cadres, party members and the masses, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the party organization, contributing to the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh praised the sense of responsibility and achievements of agencies and units in implementing Directive No. 05 over the past 10 years. Regarding the direction, tasks and solutions for the coming time, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to strengthen leadership and direction in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with successfully implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 12th Military Party Congress, the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels in the General Department of Politics for the 2025-2030 term, key political tasks, the Emulation Movement to Win, and the campaigns at all levels and sectors to ensure seriousness and strictness.

Analyzing and pointing out the important role of propaganda and education work in creating strong changes in awareness and actions of soldiers to create a widespread influence in agencies and units, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh emphasized: Party committees and commanders at all levels must innovate in content, form, and methods of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style. Promote the responsibility of setting an example, proactively learning first, and doing first of the team of leading cadres at all levels, of cadres and party members. Promote the role of all forces and organizations in implementation. Actively build and replicate good models, new and effective ways of doing things, promote the application of science and technology, digital transformation, make clear changes in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, ensure regularity, continuity, and increasingly widespread influence in each agency, unit, and the entire General Department.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh noted that it is necessary to regularly do a good job of summarizing and drawing lessons from studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, promptly discovering, praising and replicating outstanding and outstanding collectives and individuals, new models, good and effective ways of doing things, and at the same time effectively fighting to overcome weaknesses and weak points in agencies and units.

At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the decision and awarded collectives and individuals (of which the People's Army Newspaper had 1 collective and 1 individual) with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive No. 05 for the period 2016 - 2025.
