Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam visits and works at Military Hospital 175

On the morning of April 21, a working delegation of the Ministry of National Defense led by Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of National Defense, visited and worked at Military Hospital 175.

Welcoming and working with the delegation were Major General, PhD, People's Physician Tran Quoc Viet, Party Committee Secretary, Director of Military Hospital 175 , comrades in the Party Committee, Hospital Board of Directors, and heads of affiliated units.

Over the past time, Military Hospital 175 has developed comprehensive medical services from examination and treatment to health care, the hospital's reputation has been increasingly affirmed and enhanced in the Army, Ho Chi Minh City area and the Southern provinces. The hospital has successfully treated many serious, difficult and complicated cases, successfully implemented organ transplant projects (liver, kidney), creating a new breakthrough in expertise.

Recently, the hospital has performed well in the technique of taking and transplanting organs from brain-dead donors. In addition, Military Hospital 175 has performed well in military and defense missions, frontline work, ensuring medical care for islands, and participating in the United Nations peacekeeping force.

Major General, PhD, People's Physician Tran Quoc Viet, Party Secretary and Director of Military Hospital 175 reported to the working delegation on the main features of the hospital's activities.

After listening to the report and visiting some areas of Military Hospital 175, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam praised and acknowledged the outstanding achievements of the hospital, contributing to affirming the prestige of the Army's final hospital in the South, and brightening the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers to the people. Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam expressed his excitement at the remarkable development of the hospital's spacious, modern facilities and constantly improving professional qualifications.

In the coming time, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam suggested that Military Hospital 175 promote the application of information technology, reform administrative procedures, digital transformation, and proactively cooperate with advanced medical facilities in the country and internationally. Along with that, continue to promote advantages and potentials, striving to soon become a multi-functional, specialized, modern military medical complex, on par with the region and the world.
