While waiting for the decision of the superiors, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung handed over the responsibilities and tasks of Party Committee Secretary to Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Commander of Military Region 4; and handed over the responsibilities and tasks of Political Commissar to Major General Doan Xuan Buong, member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Doan Xuan Buong expressed his gratitude and deep thanks to the Party and State, especially the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Military Region Command; the Party committees and commanders of agencies, units and localities who have always cared for, followed, supported, helped and created conditions for him to successfully complete all tasks and entrusted him with this great responsibility.
