TikToker Le Viet Hung was arrested - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

On the evening of May 7, a leader of Lang Son Provincial Police said that the unit had just coordinated with professional units to arrest Le Viet Hung (born in 1987, residing at 27 Luong Van Chi Street, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Lang Son City, Lang Son Province) to investigate the act of Extortion.

Authorities searched the residence and seized many documents of Le Viet Hung.

Also this afternoon, authorities executed a search warrant at Le Viet Hung's house and seized a car and many other documents to serve the investigation.

Previously, the Criminal Police Department, Hanoi Police also issued a notice requesting people and police officers to provide information and videos recording Le Viet Hung's behavior of obstructing and causing disturbances at traffic police checkpoints, from January 1, 2024 to present.

Recently, on social networks, a TikTok account "Le Viet Hung" has appeared, frequently going to the police headquarters of wards in Hanoi , traffic police checkpoints to film and take photos, obstructing the police force from performing their duties, violating the regulations on locations where filming and taking photos are prohibited.

Most recently, at around 3:00 p.m. on April 7, on the Lang Son - Bac Giang highway, Le Viet Hung was asked by traffic police to stop his car for inspection because the car did not have an inspection sticker.

In the 6-minute video recorded by Hung himself and posted on social media, this person shows an uncooperative attitude and challenges the authorities and the law.

When asked to present the required documents as prescribed, including vehicle registration, inspection, compulsory civil liability insurance and driver's license, Hung did not comply and continuously obstructed and made it difficult for the authorities to inspect.
