TikToker promoting Kera candy has provided information about revenue, commission

A representative of the Department of Culture and Sports said that TikToker Nguyen An (owner of the TikTok channel "Chucareviewkhongbooking") posted two videos advertising Kera vegetable candy. Up to now, this TikToker has reported to the authorities, asking for support in providing information about the product's violations (if any) and instructions on how to remedy the consequences.

TikToker Nguyen An also sent content about income, commissions... received from selling Kera vegetable candy.

According to Ms. Pham Dac My Tran, the Department of Culture and Sports worked twice with TikToker Nguyen An on April 10 and April 25, regarding the content on the channel "Chucarereviewkhongbooking". At the same time, the department also provided guidance and recommendations on issues related to the Law on Cyber ​​Security, the Law on Advertising, and related legal regulations.

However, matters related to product sales revenue, customer payments, etc. are not under the authority of the Department of Culture and Sports. Therefore, the department has requested TikToker Nguyen An to provide full information related to revenue and commissions so that the unit can coordinate with other relevant authorities to handle the matter.

As of May 13, TikToker Nguyen An has provided the information requested by the Department of Culture and Sports. The Department of Culture and Sports is coordinating with other relevant agencies to review and handle the case.

According to the results of the extended investigation, Kera vegetable candy supplement is a product of Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien and the shareholders of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company in cooperation. In which, the beauty queen enjoys the profit according to the capital contribution agreement, equivalent to 30%, the remaining shareholders contribute 70% of the shares.

The police agency determined that, with a total revenue of nearly 18 billion VND from selling more than 135,000 boxes of Kera vegetable candy, Thuy Tien alone was paid a commission of nearly 7 billion VND.

Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was prosecuted and temporarily detained by the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency for the crime of deceiving customers on May 19. In addition to Miss Thuy Tien, four other people were also prosecuted after the Ministry of Public Security expanded the investigation into the case of manufacturing fake food products and deceiving customers related to Asia Life Joint Stock Company and Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company.

The Ministry of Public Security also prosecuted and temporarily detained Nguyen Phong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asia Life Joint Stock Company, for the crime of Manufacturing counterfeit food products; Le Tuan Linh, Director and legal representative of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company; Le Thanh Cong, member of the Board of Directors of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, for the crime of Deceiving customers.

In addition, the Ministry of Public Security also prosecuted and temporarily detained Pham Quang Linh, also known as Quang Linh Vlogs, a member of the Board of Directors of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, and Nguyen Thi Thai Hang, also known as Hang Du Muc, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, for the crime of deceiving customers.

The investigation agency determined that the Kera SuperGreens Gummies Food Supplement product (commonly known as Kera vegetable candy) is a product of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, manufactured by Asia Life Joint Stock Company, and is "counterfeit".
