Accordingly, on March 26, 2025, Ba Be National Park Management Board issued Decision No. 52/QD-BQLVQG Approving the Technical Documents for selecting organizations and individuals to rent forest environment for ecotourism , resort and entertainment business in Ba Be National Park, period up to 2030.

The Decision aims to select organizations, individuals, and investors to rent forest environments that have the capacity, experience, and finance to implement forest environment rental investment projects in accordance with the Sustainable Forest Management Plan and the Ecotourism, Resort, and Entertainment Project in Ba Be National Park, period 2021 - 2030.

Organizations and individuals who need to rent forest environment for ecotourism, resort and entertainment business in Ba Be National Park must prepare a Technical Profile and submit it to the forest owner to ensure the following conditions: Conditions on capacity and experience of organizations and individuals renting forest environment for ecotourism, resort and entertainment activities. Have a business registration certificate according to the provisions of law, tourism, travel, agriculture and forestry business lines. Have documents proving the human resources to deploy, implement and manage, operate the forest environment rental project (experts, engineers, architects, accountants, workers, ...) of the investor. Have documents proving sufficient capital capacity to pay the minimum forest environment rental fee in the forest environment rental area that the investor registers for 10 consecutive years...
