Organizing Digital Transformation training courses in communes of Lai Chau province

In order to raise awareness and skills in applying information technology for cadres and civil servants, from October 16-18, the Center for Information Technology and Communications - Department of Science and Technology of Lai Chau province coordinated with the People's Committees of Muong Te, Bum Nua, and Ta Tong communes to organize 03 training courses on digital transformation in 2025.

Attending 03 training courses were 170 trainees including representatives of commune leaders, staff of specialized departments, and members of the Community Digital Technology Team in the area.

At the training session, trainees were introduced to key contents on digital transformation in administrative activities, instructed on skills to use shared digital platforms of the province, procedures for processing documents in the electronic environment, and ways to put OCOP products and local agricultural products on e-commerce platforms. The Center's lecturers provided specific instructions, illustrated with real-life examples and let trainees practice directly on computers and smartphones. Through the class, trainees were equipped with additional knowledge, practical skills and digital thinking, contributing to helping grassroots officials become more confident in applying technology to their work, serving people and businesses more effectively.

The training course is also an opportunity for members of the Community Digital Technology Team to exchange and share experiences, improve their communication capacity, and turn digital transformation into a widespread movement at the grassroots level. At the end of the training session, many trainees highly appreciated the practicality and up-to-dateness of the teaching content, and expressed their desire to participate in more similar courses in the future.
