Currently, Bac Tra My district has 46 community digital technology groups with 252 members. The locality aims for 100% of households to be informed and promoted about policies and laws on digital transformation; 50% of households in the village/group will be informed, guided and have members who know how to use online public services.

Strive for 40% of households in the village/group to have members install digital platforms, digital technology, digital skills such as: digital citizen app (Smart Quang Nam), VNeID, VssID...; 40% of households in the village/group to have members with electronic payment accounts; 15% of households in the village/group to have members with digital signatures.

To achieve the set goals, community digital technology groups focus on guiding people to use online public services; cashless payments; and surveying people's satisfaction with the use of online public services.

Instruct people to install and use digital applications such as: Smart Quang Nam, VNeID, VssID... Mobilize people to participate in the "Digital Education for All" movement to popularize and improve knowledge of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation. Organize community activities to launch digital transformation movements in the locality as well as inform, propagate and guide people on skills and applications of information technology.

In addition, coordinate with Project 06 team to implement the tasks of Project 06. Guide businesses, cooperatives, business households, and local people to register to participate in e-commerce platforms; open electronic payment accounts.
