According to information from the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, from April 15, 2024 to May 30, 2024, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee received over 4.6 billion VND in support from agencies, units and enterprises in the province into the "For the Poor" Fund account.

The Trade Union of Thanh Hoa Province Social Policy Bank supports the construction of "Great Unity" houses for poor households in Thieu Hoa district.

Some units have called for donations of up to hundreds of millions of VND such as: Tien Son Group 160 million VND, Thanh Hoa Tobacco One Member Co., Ltd. 160 million VND, Thanh Hoa Telecommunications Trade Union 150 million VND, Department of Industry and Trade Office 151 million VND, Manh Cuong Construction Investment and Trade Co., Ltd. 160 million VND, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs over 126 million VND...

Currently, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee focuses on guiding the Steering Committees of districts, towns and cities to receive, manage and advise on the use of financial support from collectives and individuals in accordance with regulations.

Previously, on March 30, 2024, the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee issued Directive No. 22 on the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province in the two years 2024-2025. Accordingly, the goal is to strive by September 30, 2025, the whole province will have at least 5,000 poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties supported to build and repair houses...

To support housing construction for the right subjects, the Steering Committee of the campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province in the two years 2024-2025 has issued guidelines on criteria for reviewing and evaluating policy households, poor households, and households with housing difficulties.

Households that are supported are arranged in order of priority: Support for beneficiaries of National Target Programs (households that have been allocated funding for housing construction) to complete the project, avoiding wasting Central resources. Households in the target group implementing Decision No. 4845 dated December 1, 2021 approving the Project "arranging and stabilizing residents in areas at high risk of flash floods, landslides in mountainous districts of the province in the period 2021-2025". Households in the target group implementing Directive No. 22, including policy households, poor households, and households with housing difficulties.

For policy households, poor households, and households with housing difficulties, support for housing construction is given priority in order of housing status, such as: Households on the list in the housing support approval decision of the District People's Committee, Provincial People's Committee. Households with houses but they are damaged, collapsed, and cannot be used. Households with temporary, damaged, dilapidated houses, at risk of collapse, and unsafe. Households that have received support for housing construction from programs, policies, and support projects of the State, socio -political organizations, or other social organizations, but they are now damaged, dilapidated, and unsafe, and households that do not have houses due to separation.

To complete the campaign goal of supporting the construction of 5,000 or more houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in 2024-2025, the campaign is expected to be divided into 2 phases, phase 1 from April 2024 to September 2024, phase 2 from January 2025 to April 2025.

The mobilization level has also been specifically regulated. For households with average living standards or higher in districts, towns and cities, the minimum mobilization level is 100,000 VND/household/year. For officials, civil servants, public employees and workers, the minimum is 1 day's salary/year or 1 day's income/year. The average mobilization level for enterprises is 5 million VND/year, large enterprises strive to support at least 80 million VND/enterprise. The Steering Committee has also regulated the support level for building houses for poor households, households with housing difficulties, and policy households at 80 million VND/household.
