In 2023, the province will establish 125 new enterprises (including: Joint Stock Companies: 16 enterprises; Single-member LLCs: 91 enterprises; LLCs with two or more members: 14 enterprises; Private Enterprises: 04 enterprises). The newly registered capital reached 1,307.1 billion VND, down 26% in the number of enterprises and up 82% in registered capital compared to the same period in 2022. The average registered capital per enterprise reached 10.4 billion VND, up 147% over the same period in 2022. Registered new operations for 128 affiliated units. There were 64 enterprises returning to operation, up 28%, and 214 enterprises withdrawing from the market, up 3% compared to 2022, of which the majority of enterprises chose to temporarily suspend business in the short term, accounting for 60%. Up to now, there have been 2,005 enterprises with registered capital of 24,016 billion VND.

The province has newly established 28 cooperatives (equal to 186.6% of the annual plan). Up to now, there are 422 cooperatives with 3,361 members and a total charter capital of VND 905,004 million. Of which, 299/422 cooperatives are operating (accounting for 70.85%), the remaining 123 cooperatives are currently temporarily suspended or have been suspended for many years but are facing difficulties in carrying out dissolution procedures.
