On the evening of November 29, the domestic gold price suddenly increased again. SJC Gold Company listed the buying price of SJC gold bars at 83.3 million VND/tael and the selling price at 85.8 million VND/tael, an increase of 200,000 VND/tael compared to this morning.

Mi Hong Company raised the buying price to 84.6 million VND/tael and the selling price to 85.6 million VND/tael. The difference in buying and selling prices was also widened by the company to about 2.5 million VND/tael as prices fluctuated continuously in recent days.

Domestic gold prices increased at the end of the day

The price of gold rings and jewelry of all kinds also increased when SJC Company bought 82.8 million VND/tael and sold 84.7 million VND/tael, an increase of 300,000 VND/tael compared to the morning.

The price of gold rings increased more strongly than SJC gold bars in the context of the world price suddenly increasing strongly tonight. At 7:30 p.m., Vietnam time, the price of gold today was traded at 2,660 USD/ounce, an increase of about 20 USD/ounce compared to the morning. The precious metal on the international market increased in the context of the USD cooling down.

The USD index is currently trading at 106 points, down sharply from the peak of 107.5 points last week.

Although gold prices have increased, analysts believe that the increase will not be strong after a series of consecutive increases since the beginning of the year. The historical peak of 2,790 USD/ounce is also forecasted to not be recovered by the precious metal in the short term.

World gold price converted at listed exchange rate is about 81.6 million VND/tael.
