After the welcoming ceremony at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the procession carrying Buddha's relics moved to the venue of the 2025 Vesak Festival - Vietnam Buddhist Academy in Ho Chi Minh City (Campus II, Le Minh Xuan Ward, Binh Chanh District).

Here, the Supreme Patriarch of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha - Most Venerable Thich Tri Quang, along with the Standing Committee Elders, Members of the Council of Evidence, and dignitaries of the Executive Council, brought the Buddha's relics to the main hall of the Academy.

In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, the Supreme Patriarch, the Elders, and the clergy burned incense, made offerings, bowed, and recited the holy name of the Buddha Shakyamuni.

After that, the procession carrying the Buddha's relics left the Academy and the pedestrians moved to Thanh Tam Pagoda. The Buddha's relics were carried and enshrined at the Long Kham and will be placed there from May 2 (April 5, At Ty) to May 8 (April 11, At Ty) for monks, nuns, and Buddhists to pay homage.
