Honoring those who have contributed to the brand "Voice of Vietnam"

The Voice of Vietnam Award aims to honor those who have made worthy contributions to the “Voice of Vietnam” brand. The award is given to authors and groups of authors with outstanding works and projects in journalism, literature, art, engineering, technology, and scientific research; artists in the fields of composition and performance; excellent announcers and impressive presenters, in order to honor and encourage creativity and innovation in all aspects of the Voice of Vietnam .

General Director of VTV Do Tien Sy presented the Special Prize to the Artistic Political Program: "Wealth from the Homeland's Sea".

From 2023, the Award will have a new name: "Voice of Vietnam Award - September Star", to emphasize the significance of the historical days of the country and of Voice of Vietnam in the flow of national history.

This year, the Organizing Committee of the "Voice of Vietnam - September Star Award" received a large number of 70 entries, with good quality, rich topics, special performances, elaborate investment, and influence to the public. "Voice of Vietnam - September Star Award" affirms the goal of arousing the spirit of creative competition in professional activities of those working at the Voice of Vietnam. The winning works are all typical quality journalistic works, the result of the enthusiastic and active work, not afraid of difficulties, hardships and full of creativity of reporters, editors, MCs, technicians, artists, officials, civil servants and employees of the Voice of Vietnam.

The Organizing Committee of “Vietnam Voice Award - September Stars” awarded 01 Special Prize; 06 Gold Prizes, 09 Silver Prizes; 09 Bronze Prizes; 05 Encouragement Prizes. Along with awards for artists in the fields of composition and performance; excellent announcers, impressive MCs.

Journalist Nguyen Trang, representing the VOV Electronic Newspaper authors, received the Silver Prize for the multimedia work: "Not Alone".

Speaking at the ceremony, General Director of the Voice of Vietnam Do Tien Sy emphasized: “Like other press agencies, besides opportunities, the Voice of Vietnam is facing many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, each unit of the Station as well as each cadre, civil servant, public employee and employee of the Voice of Vietnam needs to be more aware of their responsibilities, continue to strengthen solidarity, dynamism, creativity, promote internal strength, the will to rise up with the aspiration for development and innovation, strive to successfully implement the assigned goals and tasks, make worthy contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and State, to the cause of innovation, building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation” .

The Voice of Vietnam Award organized by the Voice of Vietnam is a meaningful activity on the occasion of the anniversary of its establishment on September 7 every year. This is a form of reward to arouse the spirit of creative competition in professional activities of reporters, editors, announcers and workers.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the founding of the Voice of Vietnam, on behalf of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Voice of Vietnam, Central Party Committee member and General Director of the Voice of Vietnam Do Tien Sy officially launched the Patriotic Emulation Movement "Cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers unite, join hands and compete to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Voice of Vietnam" towards the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Voice of Vietnam (September 7, 1945 - September 7, 2025).

General Director of Voice of Vietnam Do Tien Sy presented certificates of merit to the collectives with outstanding contributions to the art and political program "Strong and rich from the homeland's sea".

In particular, the Voice of Vietnam will organize well the emulation campaigns to celebrate major holidays and important political events of the Party and the Country in 2024-2025; launch a peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Voice of Vietnam with specific projects and tasks.
