Editor-in-Chief of Phu Yen Newspaper holds the position of Director of Department of Information and Communications

On March 15, Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.

Accordingly, Phu Yen leaders have mobilized, assigned and appointed journalist Dao Pham Hoang Quyen, Editor-in-Chief of Phu Yen newspaper, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Information and Communications.

Journalist Dao Pham Hoang Quyen was born in 1977; has a BA in English, BA in Information Technology, and advanced political theory.

Journalist Hoang Quyen was appointed Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Phu Yen Newspaper in November 2012 and was assigned to be in charge of the Phu Yen Newspaper editorial office from September 2018.

Since November 2019, she was appointed as Editor-in-Chief of Phu Yen newspaper.

Also at the conference, Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee mobilized, assigned and appointed Mr. Nguyen Phuong Dong, Director of Phu Yen Department of Transport to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Tay Hoa District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Mr. Lo Mo Tu, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Song Hinh district, joined the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Son Hoa District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Mr. Nay Y Blung, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Son Hoa district was mobilized, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Song Hinh District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Mr. Ngo Dinh Thien, Secretary of Tay Hoa District Party Committee, was mobilized, transferred, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Tuy An District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Leaders of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee presented decisions to officials who were mobilized, assigned, and appointed to lead departments and districts.

Mr. Tran Thanh Hung, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, was transferred, assigned and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Pham Van Bay, Secretary of Tuy An District Party Committee, was transferred, assigned and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Also at the conference, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Phu Yen province presented the decision to appoint Mr. Hoang Xuan Thanh, Head of the Party Finance Department (Office of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee) to hold the position of Secretary of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee.

Appoint Mr. Vo Tran Quang, Head of the Department of Mass Mobilization of State Agencies and General Affairs (Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board) to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board.

Appoint and transfer Ms. Vo Thi Minh Duyen, Chairwoman of Phu Yen University Council, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Departmentof Education and Training.

Mobilize and appoint Mr. Vo Ngoc Chau, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Ethnic Minorities Committee of Phu Yen province.

Mobilize, rotate and appoint Mr. Nguyen Dinh An, Vice Chairman of Son Hoa District People's Committee to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.

Appoint Mr. Pham Ngoc Hung, Head of the Department of Land Management, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Appoint Mr. Le Van Be, Head of the Provincial Forestry Sub-Department, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
