In the period of 2021-2025, the movement "Farmers compete in good production and business, unite to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty" has received special attention and been actively implemented by all levels of the Provincial Farmers' Association, creating a strong influence, attracting a large number of farmer members to participate. Through the movement, many typical collectives and individuals with many new and highly effective models have emerged, contributing to promoting socio -economic development in rural areas. From 2021 to present, the Farmers' Association at all levels has coordinated with the Bank for Social Policies to provide loans to nearly 20,200 households with a total amount of nearly 1,400 billion VND; established more than 250 professional farmer associations, more than 40 professional farmer branches, nearly 150 cooperatives, more than 40 cooperatives and 01 good production and business farmer club, attracting tens of thousands of farmer members to participate. In the period of 2021-2025, the whole province has more than 58,200 households achieving the title of "Excellent Farmer and Business Household" at all levels. In addition, excellent farmer and business households contributed more than 15.2 billion VND to repair intra-field canals and rural roads; more than 206,000 working days to repair houses for poor members; created jobs for more than 37,500 workers and helped more than 16,500 member and farmer households escape poverty and become rich legitimately.

The conference evaluated the results achieved in the implementation of the Movement "Farmers compete in good production and business, unite to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty" in the period of 2021 - 2025; listened to reports of some typical individuals and collectives in implementing the movement; discussed directions, goals and solutions to promote the movement in the coming time. In particular, continuing to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of the movement; bringing the movement to widespread development, promoting the application of scientific and technological advances in agricultural production and calling for investment, promoting agricultural and rural development in a modern direction; striving to have 15-20% of households meeting the standards of good production and business at all levels every year; reducing the poverty rate in the province by an average of 3-4%/year.

On this occasion, the Provincial Farmers' Association commended and rewarded 115 farming households with outstanding achievements in implementing the Movement "Farmers compete in production, good business, unite to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty", period 2021 - 2025./.
