Similar to the first test, this time, officers and civil servants of wards and communes will test the scenarios on the Administrative Procedure Information System, System 1022, Document Management System, etc.
However, compared to the previous time, this time through the online television system, the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the Department of Science and Technology, and the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center have deeply evaluated the time and operations of the team and listened to and answered questions and concerns of each ward and commune.
According to the assessment of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center, this morning's test was basically successful, the operations of the officers and civil servants met the requirements. However, there are still some limitations in the transmission lines in some places and the technological infrastructure of some wards is still backward, not meeting the requirements.
Also this morning, Binh Duong province and Ba Ria - Vung Tau province tested the Information Portal for receiving, processing and responding to people and businesses 1022 with Ho Chi Minh City.
This trial session sets the stage for Ho Chi Minh City to coordinate with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces to conduct a trial operation for all 168 wards, communes, and special zones on the same system next week.

After the second operation, the authorities will continue to re-examine the infrastructure of each ward and commune. For wards and communes that do not have the required equipment, Ms. Thuy requested that localities urgently propose equipment immediately.
At the same time, the Department of Science and Technology synthesizes and provides additional guidance on equipment for operations in new wards and communes.
In addition, Ms. Thuy also requested to ensure the handover of records and documents from the old unit to the new unit without missing or losing records, ensuring smooth work for the new apparatus.

"There will definitely be some problems during the transition, but try not to let it get stuck," said Ms. Thuy.
Relevant departments, branches and sectors are responsible for coordinating, providing maximum support and providing clear instructions so that wards and communes can soon stabilize operations.
