According to the Department of Health, in recent years, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic, many new problems have arisen in the management of medical and pharmaceutical practices in Ho Chi Minh City. Specifically, the number of medical and pharmaceutical establishments has increased rapidly, with Ho Chi Minh City currently having more than 20,000 medical and pharmaceutical establishments (more than 9,000 medical establishments and nearly 11,000 pharmaceutical establishments). Of these, more than 99% are private establishments.
Not only that, the problem of "encroachment" of some beauty establishments (licensed by the District People's Committee or the Department of Planning and Investment) into the medical field (licensed by the Department of Health) is increasing.

Determining that building a database in each field is the responsibility of each functional department of the Department of Health, therefore, building an application that connects data sources together will help provide information quickly and accurately to meet the requirements of the very large workload of the functional departments.
