TPO - On the afternoon of June 14th, Ho Chi Minh City experienced widespread thunderstorms, accompanied by hailstorms in some inner-city districts.

According to our reporter's observations, at around 3:30 PM on June 14th, Ho Chi Minh City experienced widespread thunderstorms. After about 15 minutes, some areas in District 1, District 3, District 4, etc., experienced hailstorms accompanied by strong winds.

Ms. Le Thi Anh Nhan (an office worker in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) shared: "Around 3:30 PM, I heard a rattling sound from the corrugated iron roof of my office that lasted for nearly ten minutes. Curious, I ran to the window and looked up at the roof, only to see a series of hailstones, about the size of a fingertip, falling in the rain. The hailstones were small and melted quickly when I picked them up."
