Launching the Humanitarian Month 2025, Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuong Mai Ward Pham Phuong Dung affirmed the attention of Party committees at all levels and local authorities to humanitarian work, mobilizing the active participation of Party cell committees, front work committees, residential groups, departments, branches, political and social organizations. All of this aims to create favorable conditions for the Red Letter Association of the ward to gradually innovate its content and methods, effectively carry out humanitarian activities, and contribute to solving social security issues in the ward.

Implementing the movement "Good people, good deeds" and "Each organization, each individual is associated with a humanitarian address", Phuong Mai Ward Red Cross Society has mobilized benefactors to regularly support 5 families, 10 kg of rice per month; donated 100 snacks for the health check-up program for the elderly at Dong Da Hospital. Affirming the message "Whoever you are, when you need - we are there" of the Red Cross force, more and more people in the area participate in humanitarian activities, become volunteers of the movement, and come to those in need of help in the community.
