Speaking here, comrade Do Hong Lam emphasized that families and victims of Agent Orange/dioxin are the ones who suffer many disadvantages in life. The Central Association has organized many delegations to visit and encourage families in many provinces and cities across the country. He hopes that the households receiving support will use the support for the right purpose, promote efficiency, and bring practical economic value.
He highly appreciated the activities of the Bac Ninh Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in caring for and supporting victims. At the same time, he requested the unit to regularly monitor and closely follow the grassroots, orienting the implementation of appropriate models, in the spirit of "leaving no one behind". In the coming time, he believes that the Association will continue to promote its role, mobilize social resources to join hands in caring for and helping victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin to have a better life.
The program is a practical activity demonstrating the spirit of “mutual love and support”, the care and sharing of the Association at all levels to help Agent Orange/dioxin victims and their families overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives after natural disasters.
