Presenting 5 charity houses to poor households in Quang Nam

The program is organized by the Central Regional Office, Voice of Vietnam Radio in coordination with the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hiep Duc district and sponsors.

Five gratitude houses worth 70 million VND each were given to poor households in Hiep Duc district, Quang Nam province right before Tet.

"This year, being able to celebrate Tet in a warm new house, I would like to thank all the benefactors, local authorities, and the program for giving my family great joy," said Mr. Truong Van Nhat (in Ngoc Chanh village, Binh Lam commune).

In addition, local people also received 200 Tet gifts, worth a total of 100 million VND, before the New Year.

The Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee also presented 11 gifts to non-professional cadres working in mass mobilization at the commune level in the district.

Hiep Duc mountainous district was the revolutionary base of Quang Da province (including Quang Nam, Da Nang ) and Zone 5 Party Committee during the period of national liberation struggle.

Up to now, the lives of people here have changed significantly, but a part of the poor still face many difficulties.
