Authorized by the Military Region 3 Command, on July 31, the Ninh Binh Provincial Military Command coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to inaugurate and hand over the "House of Gratitude" to Ms. Dang Thi Nguyen in Ninh Son ward (Ninh Binh city) - the wife of a martyr during the anti-French period.
After more than 3 months of construction, the house with an area of over 50 m2 was completed and put into use on schedule with a total construction cost of nearly 200 million VND, of which the Military Region 3 Command supported 80 million VND from the "Repaying gratitude" fund.
