Awarding first prize in the political writing contest "Protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against wrong and hostile views" in Ho Chi Minh City in 2023-2024 to 2 authors and groups of authors

Ms. Do Phuong Thao, Director of the Department of Information and External Relations, Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, said the ceremony aimed to recognize and honor the authors and works that won the second prize in the contest.

Thereby continuing to affirm the important role of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against hostile and erroneous views in the new situation in Ho Chi Minh City; fighting against erroneous information and views that distort and deny the great victories of the nation in the history of the struggle to build and defend the country since the Party was founded and the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; contributing to raising awareness of responsibility of all levels, Party organizations, cadres, Party members and people of Ho Chi Minh City for this task.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee honored 10 collectives representing localities and units that were active in leading and organizing the contest; 48 individuals won weekly prizes in the first round of the online contest "Proud of Vietnam".

For the 2023-2024 essay writing contest on Protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against wrong and hostile views in Ho Chi Minh City, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates, logos, and certificates of merit from the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to the winning authors, with 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes, and 8 consolation prizes. In addition, there are 4 promising prizes and 10 excellent collective prizes.

The work " Ho Chi Minh is the author of "Prison Diary" - The truth cannot be distorted" (author Nguyen Van Dao) and the work "Criticizing the opposing "Point" and "Face" perspectives of sabotage" (group of authors Luong Thi Thu Huong and Doan Duc Phuong) were both awarded first prize.
