(QBĐT) - On the morning of January 10, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board held a ceremony to hand over the investment policy decision and investment registration certificate for the Cam Lien Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project to Capella Quang Binh Investment Company Limited . Attending the ceremony were Mr. Phan Phong Phu, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of departments, branches and sectors.

On November 15, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Decision No. 1388/QD-TTg, approving the investment policy of the Cam Lien Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project in Cam Thuy, Thanh Thuy and Ngu Thuy Bac communes (Le Thuy); at the same time, approving the investor as Capella Quang Binh Investment Company Limited.
Cam Lien Industrial Park has an area of 450 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 2,200 billion. With a favorable geographical location, Cam Lien Industrial Park will become a strategic destination for investors, contributing significantly to promoting the socio-economic development of the province; improving competitiveness, attracting resources, creating jobs, improving people's lives; building a synchronous and gradually modern socio-economic infrastructure, in line with the spirit of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Phong Phu affirmed that this is the first project in the field of industrial park infrastructure construction in the province to be attracted by non-state budget capital, an important milestone in the development journey of Quang Binh province's industry. This result is the province's effort in improving the business investment environment, creating trust and attracting the attention of investors.

He requested Capella Quang Binh Investment Company Limited to fulfill its commitment to mobilize sufficient capital to implement the project to ensure the target and start construction in the third quarter of 2025. At the same time, closely coordinate with departments, branches and localities in preparing and implementing infrastructure investment; promote investment to attract secondary investors, ensuring effective exploitation of the industrial park. During the implementation process, it is necessary to promptly report difficulties and problems for support, handling and ensuring progress.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also gave specific instructions to departments, branches, and localities in coordinating with investors to effectively implement the project.
