Providing support to 101 orphans in difficult circumstances

The Provincial Women's Union decided to support 101 orphans in difficult circumstances in the area, with funding provided by the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund.

Providing support to disadvantaged children in Bao Yen district.

Of which, 21 children are in Bao Yen district; 20 children are in Bac Ha district; 18 children are in Bat Xat district; 9 children are in Simacai district; 9 children are in Van Ban district; 9 children are in Muong Khuong district; 7 children are in Bao Thang district; 6 children are in Sa Pa town; 2 children are in Lao Cai city. The support level is 500 thousand VND/child.

The Provincial Women's Union authorizes the Women's Unions of districts, cities and towns to provide support to orphans in difficult circumstances in the locality, ensuring the right time and right recipients.

This meaningful activity demonstrates the concern and sharing of women's associations at all levels in joining hands to care for children; adding to the sharing, love, and encouragement of children in difficult circumstances to rise up in life. This is also a meaningful gift as International Children's Day (June 1) is approaching.
