Awarding the "Brave Youth" badge to union member Le Anh Phuong.

Previously, at around 4 p.m. on May 10, at Tan Hai beach, Ngu Thuy Bac commune (Le Thuy), while a group of 5 female students were swimming in the sea, one of them was suddenly swept away by the waves and could not swim to shore. Hearing the cry for help, member Le Anh Phuong quickly grabbed a buoy, swam out to approach and brought the victim safely to shore.

Le Anh Phuong's brave and timely actions demonstrate a noble gesture, a typical example of courage and community spirit, contributing to spreading the spirit of living beautifully and usefully among the youth of the whole province.
