(BLC) - On the afternoon of July 21, the Provincial Police coordinated with the 1B Specialized Trade Union (State Audit) to organize a ceremony to present a house of gratitude to the family of Ms. Tong Thi Din (73 years old) - wife of martyr Vang Van Sieng in Then Thau village, Binh Lu commune, Tam Duong district.

Attending the ceremony were Colonel Sung A Sua - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; Nguyen Khac Chi - Deputy Chief Auditor, Chairman of the 1B Specialized Auditing Union; leaders of the Provincial Police's specialized departments, the 1B Specialized Auditing Team; the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Tam Duong district, Binh Lu commune.
Leaders of the Provincial Police and the 1B Specialized Auditing Union presented the symbolic key to Ms. Tong Thi Din.
It is known that Ms. Din is living with her son in a small house. Stemming from the spirit of mutual love and affection, with the good traditional morality of the Vietnamese people "When drinking water, remember its source", the 1B Specialized Trade Union (State Audit) coordinated with the Lai Chau Provincial Police to build a house of gratitude for Ms. Tong Thi Din. The house started construction on May 20, with an area of 50m2. After 2 months of efforts to speed up the construction progress, the house was completed, with a total value of 160 million VND from the contributions of 2 units.

Colonel Sung A Sua - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police said: The completed house ensures progress and quality, bringing warm feelings and deep gratitude from all officers and civil servants of the State Audit Department 1B and officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police to the family of martyr Vang Van Sieng. The house of gratitude was handed over on the occasion of the 76th Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023), we wish to share some of the losses of the martyr's family, and encourage the martyr's relatives to continue living and contributing to the country.
