Immediately, Lieutenant Nguyen Thanh Hoai informed crew member WANG JIAN LU and at 9:00 a.m. on August 14, at the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station, Lieutenant Nguyen Thanh Hoai returned all the property to crew member WANG JIAN LU.
