- On the afternoon of May 15, the Inter-District Tax Team of Region V held a conference on the implementation of electronic invoices generated from cash registers. The conference was attended by over 100 delegates representing leaders and accountants of organizations, enterprises, business households and individuals in Lang Son city and Cao Loc district.
At the conference, delegates were informed by officers of the Inter-District Tax Team of Region V about regulations on electronic invoices generated from cash registers. Specifically, on March 20, 2025, the Government issued Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP regulating invoices and documents, officially effective from June 1, 2025. In particular, the regulations on electronic invoices generated from cash registers have expanded the scope of application, including: Enterprises with activities of selling goods and providing services directly to consumers; business households and business individuals with revenue of 1 billion VND/year or more.
Within the framework of the conference, representatives of service providers introduced to delegates the conditions and information technology solutions for applying electronic invoices. Next, leaders of the Inter-District Tax Team of Region V and representatives of service providers answered delegates' opinions on difficulties and problems related to the implementation of electronic invoices generated from cash registers.
The conference aims to help businesses, business households and individuals in the area promptly grasp the new tax policy. Thereby, it not only contributes to improving efficiency and transparency in tax management but also shortens processing time, simplifies sales processes, reduces the burden of administrative procedures, and brings practical benefits to taxpayers.
